Vanessa Womack is a seasoned business consultant and trainer with extensive experience in education, career transition, nonprofit governance, and inclusive community and entrepreneurial ecosystem development. A SWaM-certified business owner, she has demonstrated expertise in creating programs and partnerships that strengthen workforce development, leadership capacity, and organizational outcomes.

As a fractional consultant, she served as Interim Education and Program Lead at the Black History Museum and Culture Center of Virginia, managing staff and executing key community events, including its signature holiday, Soul Santa.

As the Inclusive Community Development Consultant for Activation Capital, Vanessa developed and produced a webinar series promoting the advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing and biotechnology ecosystem in the Richmond–Petersburg region. Her work highlighted critical topics such as workforce development, educational pathways, entrepreneurship, supply chain, and cybersecurity.
