Stocks General Contractors is an emerging, small, minority, and veteran owned construction company serving the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. We specialize in civil construction, specifically wet and dry underground utilities. Well known for our industry knowledge and safe delivery, we pride ourselves in completing projects within the scheduled time frame. We have built ironclad relationships with many utility owners and are able to navigate the underground utility community to facilitate our projects' success. We are the utility contractor of choice for general contractors, developers, government (state, federal, and local), large utility contractors, and private clients. Our staff has in excess of 20 years of construction expertise and have USACE CQMC, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA HAZWOPER 40, OSHA confined space entry supervisor, attendant and authorized entrant, MDOT Temporary Traffic Control Manager, CMAA, CMIT, VA Responsible Land Disturber, VOSB and other certifications.
