Rhythm & Purpose Collective, LLC is an event production company dedicated to creating destination experiences where great music, culture, and community come together. Founded and led by CEO & Founder Isia Wilcox, the company produces Rhythm & Purpose: The R&B Experience, an annual evening featuring a curated R&B lineup, an elegant plated dinner, and a vendor marketplace, all set against the backdrop of Historic Downtown Fredericksburg.

Beyond the entertainment, Rhythm & Purpose is built on community investment: each event incorporates programming that benefits local nonprofit partners. Our mission is to build a growing regional tradition that draws visitors to Fredericksburg, supports local vendors and businesses, and creates meaningful, lasting community impact proving that a night of celebration can also be a night of purpose.
