HopeSpring International is a U.S.-based education consulting and applied research organization that works at the system level to help education systems, particularly P–12 school districts, ministries of education, and education-focused institutions, address complex, multi-actor challenges. HopeSpring operates through long-term, consultative engagement, leveraging a global consortium of academic and non-academic partners to align institutions, embed learning in practice, and translate knowledge into coordinated action.

Unlike program operators or research-only institutes, HopeSpring occupies the space between decision-making and execution, where responsibility is often fragmented and learning is rarely captured. By embedding applied and community-engaged research directly into system work, HopeSpring supports better decisions, more coherent implementation, and durable capacity across diverse educational contexts in the United States and internationally.
