Contracting Intelligence Group (CIG) is a federal acquisition consulting firm in Ashburn, VA, owned and run by three former unlimited-warrant federal Contracting Officers who personally chaired technical evaluation and source selection panels. We help small, Black-owned, women-owned, and other diverse businesses enter the federal market, win contracts, and stay compliant after award. Services span pre-award capture strategy and teaming, proposal development and compliance review (FAR Parts 12, 13, and 15), post-award contract administration and audit readiness, and acquisition training for contractor and agency teams.
