With three decades of distinguished federal service, I served as a Senior Program Management and IT Product Line Executive overseeing 110 systems, leading 40 teams, managing a $118 million budget and directing 80 contracts. Drawing on this depth of operational leadership and strategic delivery, I now guide driven professionals and faith-based entrepreneurs to unlock their next chapter.

As Founder and Lead Consultant at Career Coaching Plus (www.careercoachingplus.com), I specialize in partnering with mid-career leaders, transitioning executives and mission-minded individuals to craft meaningful, high-impact careers. My unique approach blends executive-level insight with a values-driven coaching framework: I help clients define what success truly means for them and then build the roadmap—and resilience—to get there. 

In parallel, I launched Passport to Life (www.passporttolife.org) – a faith-based e-commerce initiative that brings Christian-inspired apparel and giftware to individuals and communities seeking to express their beliefs with courage and style. Through Passport to Life I combine entrepreneurial innovation, spiritual values and marketplace savvy to serve a growing audience of faith-driven consumers.
