Founded in 2023 by Dr. Jewel Williams, BlackTie Legacy is dedicated to addressing the wellness needs of entrepreneurs, principals, teachers, and communities. With over 22 years of experience as a principal and educator, and holding a Doctorate in Health Sciences, Dr. Jewel created BlackTie Legacy to help individuals in these roles overcome the challenges of maintaining personal health while balancing demanding professional responsibilities.

BlackTie Legacy understands the pain points of its clients—stress, burnout, and the lack of time for self-care—and offers practical wellness solutions to alleviate these pressures. Through workshops, wellness blueprints, and personalized coaching, BlackTie Legacy equips educators and entrepreneurs with tools to prioritize their health, create sustainable wellness routines, and achieve long-term resilience in both their personal and professional lives.

As an American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor, Dr. Jewel also provides life-saving skills and health education, reinforcing the company’s commitment to proactive, community-focused wellness.
